Not a standard bus terminal, takes a longer time to get full and the buses ply only 2 main destinations( Kumasi and Accra), Bus rates(fares) are very moderate and affordable, tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis, have air conditioned buses and non air-conditioned bus. Your comfort-ability is determined by which bus you meet at the terminal. Attitude of staffs not the best, but they are not the worse either. They do a parcel service too. And your safety is assured but they are not reliable, especially during festive seasons or when schools are on vacation.

Soo many spoilt busses. Poor road access. Poor customer service. The buses are not in good shape. Poor delivery of tickets just that the price is good

Safe to travel with but workers there are somehow not friendly

Affordable but at times their service isn't good.

The Place Is Moderate. If U want The First Bus, u got to be there latest by 3am.No Straight to Kintampo Car. Available ones are to Kumasi, Accra, Takoradi .and some few others that u have to but tickets ahead of time like that of the Tamale Bus.
