Karina is my absolute favorite. Ideally, I will go see her once a month. She does an amazing job with the massage and is a really good vibe reader. I honestly feel like she’s one of my girlfriends when I go see her. She’s honestly the best. The shop is clean, they are punctual, everyone is super sweet and friendly, it smells amazing, and the music is nice & progressive. Always happy to return. :)

Sheena has been doing my lashes since she started in 2018. I receive compliments about my lashes everywhere I go. She keeps her area sanitized, neat and she makes sure I’m comfortable during the whole process. Since Sheena has started doing my lashes, I don’t trust anyone else to enhance my lashes. I recommend her to everyone I know!!

Just wanted to give another review- I’ve been seeing Kiah now for 6months for my brows to be waxed and tinted and I love it. My browns look amazing all month long and I love the experience. I recently got a facial by Kiah as well and she really knows her stuff. She gave me a super easy routine to start with and I appreciate how knowledgeable she is. She really knows her craft. Always a great and pleasant experience.

Beware of this business. I made an appointment for my daughter and I. When we arrived, I told them I was using a gift card that my husband gave me before covid. We had our services, and had planned to purchase $300 worth of their products. I handed the same girl I told about the gift card the card and my credit card to pay the difference. She immediately stated the card is expired. She also took the card, which was a plain white card with no expiration date. Gift cards expire?!? My husband paid $70 for this gift card. We were not able to use it due to covid. Needless to say neither my husband nor I were told the card was expired until after we had services. I would not have gone there had I been told a $70 gift card expired! Needless to say we paid for the services, gave a very low tip, told them we did not want the products, and will never ever go there again. Pooler Day Spa stole $70 for us. Regarding the response from the owner. She is "sorry for the inconvenience it has caused my family". I guess I bought her and her family dinner on the $70 they stole from my family. Very upsetting. $70 is not a "coupon" that expires. My husband worked hard for that money. I guess stealing is their "policy"? I hope she enjoyed my gift!!!! God knows she must need it more than me. I guess it was my charity.
