Joberson's Day Spa

This is my 2nd time back an I have to say the massage was great, the staff was very professional and graceful. I travel a lot but every time I’m in town they move a couple of things around to fit me in!! I am going to go ahead and grab there Gold Package!! I would highly recommend this Spa!

This business rips customers off when you join their VIP club. I was a VIP member for over two years. The massage therapists were wonderful. The owner is a different story. You cannot contact anyone and the therapists cannot help you. I tried to cancel my VIP membership after I could never get my monthly massage scheduled. They only had 1 therapist and he was constantly booked. They still get your money each month whether you get your massage or not. I was charged for 3 ($225.00) months after I cancelled my membership as I was instructed to do by the receptionist. They kept charging me so I had to cancel my card to stop them from stealing my money each month after I had cancelled. I called the Better Business Bureau and they have called and sent numerous letters to no avail. They recommend that I contact the state and take Joberson's to small claims court, which I intend to do. They took time to take down my review on their FB page but can't take time to refund my money...terrible!! My accusations are absolutely the truth. I have bank records and email to prove it. Kristy and Aliison were my wonderful therapists for over two years. I know exactly where you are located. I've been there many times when you were in the old location around the side of the building and now on the front of the building. Please call me if you want to work this out you have my number and email. Check your mail for letters from the Better Business Bureau. I would never do this to an honest business. Do the right thing.

My first Swedish massage here was well worth it. I purchased a Groupon and forgot to read the reviews first. After reading the reviews I was definitely worried about my first visit going wrong. However I have to say find out for yourself. I was checked in fairly quick, Barry came out and got me within 10 min which was fine since I arrived ahead of time. Long story short my massage was great! I do recommend.

Posting on behalf of a friend. She had bought Groupons for us and we both work during the week so Saturday was the only day we could come in. We got our appointment moved multiple times within 2 months. Seems like the employees are very friendly but the place is poorly managed. They need a phone that's from this decade too, maybe that would improve their communication. The one they have is always loud with static and then its hard to get ahold of someone. I get it's a small local business but they really need a management makeover.

Nobody wears a mask here so if you are being careful about covid-19 exposure it's not a place you want to visit. The massage itself was ok - not bad but nothing spectacular.
