Wat Suthat Thepwararam Ratchaworahawihan

This is one of the Royal temples, there only ten temples with such status . It is well preserved and a serene place in the middle of Bangkok. It has quite courtyards and spectacular temple and prayer hall. Both have large Buddha images and extensive murals on the walls.come and look at the paintings on the walls which have been restored.

This is located in the Old Town area. I enjoyed walking this temple. Was not too crowded when I was there, so totally enjoyable.

My favorite temple for meditation. Unlike other popular temples, this one has very clam and relaxing environment. The temple itself has just already renovated so it’s very clean and beautiful. Walking around the area is also what I would highly recommend; there are plenty of good local restaurants nearby!!

Beautiful temple with great view at the heart of old Bangkok. Good for photographies and for seeing the Thai Buddhism traditions.
