Excellent customer service

Horrendous experience. Came for a simple bank statement, so I walked to the client service and indicated to see them. They asked me to wait, which i did for several minutes yet served another person before me. Then after several more minutes asked me what I needed before directing me to their new self service system. They could have saved me half an hour by simply asking what I wanted or serving me when I was due. Wasting my time for nothing. Not the service I am used to from Cal Bank.

Welcomed environment

Very friendly staff always ready to attend to your needs and they have a very detailed security personnel who are up to speed with the banking process. A spacious car park to accommodate a lot more cars.
