Medical & Dental Centre Forest Hill

I have never come across such an ABRUPT doctor as the female doctor that I attended today. I thought the majority of the medical profession were taught to have empathy and understanding, but not this doctor. I’m just pleased I only went there for something very minor as my normal surgery was closed being Easter Monday. I certainly wouldn’t go to this clinic to discuss something serious. No wonder these super clinics get so many bad reviews as I don’t think the practitioners could care less about their patients just the $$$!

I was really surprised by the poor rating. I went there to get my in-laws visa health check. There was a separate reception desk and seated waiting area. They take your photo there and collect the payment. Once back to the waiting area the whole process took under and hour for both. The doctors and nurses were pretty nice and the facility was good too. We went there on a weekday for a 9am appointment and reached 30 mins really which helped.

Very good services and veri friendly miss Laura. I’ve been ther and I was so satisfied how she working, how explain everything. I recommend to everyone☺️

This is THE worst medical practice i have ever used in my life. If I could, I would give it less than one star. The practice is poorly run, bad service from the start, and wait time even after there is an appointment made can take more than one hour! Then once you actually see the doctor, you are rushed and treated like you are part of a sausage factory. I can go on and on about my poor experience here EVERY time i have been to it. I have finally got a non-bulk bill doctor. Cost me money, but I feel my time and health is worth the cost. Do yourself a favour, avoid this practice

Terrible service and information given by the reception staff.. phoned the centre today in the morning to ask what time I can come in and walk-in was my only option after work hours. I was told the doctor does walk-ins till 8pm today and I can come in before that. Walked-in at 7.14pm and was told the doctor has too many appointments and can’t give me any times. It’s fine I do understand the doctor not being able to see more patients and also the centre having to close sharp on time. But this should have been advised by the receptionist when I phoned in. Advising to come in a bit early as they have to close the centre sharp at 8pm and also that the slots might get full. Thanks to the inefficiency of the receptionist I have to now delay my GP appointment to I have no idea when...
