Needed to get a security key cut. They were able to check the key in their database and cut it then and there. Staff were very helpful.
Great service - I took a lock barrel in today with a key sheared off inside it, expecting to have to buy a whole new lock. The chap in the shop extracted the broken key, cut me a new one and adjusted the lock to work better. Great service and help!
Great shop for anything related to locks and security, plus a few other things as well. I took an old Chubb lock to see if they had a replacement. They fixed it instead, this is the second time they have replaced worn parts in the lock. First time was about 6 years ago, second time about 2 years ago. The part they have changed is designed to wear rather than wear the keys. They have advised me to have the part changed about ever 18 months as it is a heavily used gate. Instead of a new lock at £70, I was charged £12. This place is my first port of call for lock related issues, including replacement keys. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
