Sent a contact message through the website late last night, had a phone call from Steve at 7.40am this morning and terrific service to get my front door fixed. They went out of their way to get the handle I wanted as I couldn't drive anywhere to purchase it myself, then installed by 1.20pm. Such amazing & fast service. Highly recommend Superior Locksmiths.

Without being informed beforehand, whether or not they manage to unlock your car, they’ll charge you $143 for a “call out fee.” Wasting your time, money and all while scratching up the interior of your vehicle. Employee contained an unprofessional attitude, saying “this is pissing me off now” repeatedly; he was clearly in a hurry to drive off. I contacted a few locksmiths later this afternoon and was informed that they wouldn’t charge if they weren’t able to gain access to the inside of the car and another said that their call out fee was $45. They were both astonished by the employees inability to unlock the car, expressing that there were multiple methods to carry it out, which should of been a given for any experienced locksmith. The employee essentially said there’s nothing he could do, and that I had no other choice but to contact Holden (in the United States) and retrieve the vehicles key code for a spare one to be cut. His incompetence was clearly shown when I had realised he left several tools behind. I don’t know what other services they provide, but when locked out of your car, don’t consider this company; they won’t hesitate to take advantage of you.

I lock myself out of my apartment on a public holiday. I called at 7.30 in the morning and they came within 30 mins. I can highly recommend "Superior Locksmiths". They were very professional and came on time.

Legendary service from Darren. Had big issues with replacing ignition barrel due to some “dodgy” work done previously by an auto electrican. But they got it fully sorted. Great service and highly recommended.
