I called Moray Locksmiths, late on Saturday evening on behalf of my retired neighbour who had become locked out. While being unable to attend himself, he gave me thorough advice and was polite professional and eager to help. I was able to successfully open the door thanks to his advice and can't recommend him enough. Definitely my first choice in future.
