After being at the shop waiting almost 2 hours, they started on the car, 30min later said they don't have the normal key but can give a discount on alternative key that does not fit in the key holder correctly. Agreed to continue on only to be notified 10min later they have to stop as it was not going to work at all times the key. But said in 2 days time they will arrive the correct key and would phone, before the xmas holidays. Been over 1 week almost 2 weeks and no phone call. Its all that i have been waiting for, im very reasonable. A call to say whatever went wrong and a date when it could be all good in the new year is all i'm waiting on :(

Just the best service, our business/home has just had Hik Vision Intercom installed. Shea & Reece were tidy, polite and professional, great workmanship from the 2 of them and went over with us how to use the system. We would highly recommend this great company.
