Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk for nearly ten minutes. When the two ladies came in neither one was friendly nor polite. I helped myself to the new patient registration form and filled it out myself. The doctor came prior to the ladies coming back looking for something, and he was very pleasant and said "hello." I was so looking forward to my visit, but I couldn’t take anymore of the rudeness from the women at the front desk. One of the ladies kept taking her mask on and off even though the sign clearly says to leave your mask on. This dentist came highly recommended and I’m sure the dentist is great but his staff needs some customer service training.
As always, excellent care from highly competent and extremely pleasant people! A pleasure to go to a dental office. Friendly office staff truly care about their patients and oral hygiene.
Dr. Amayev has the BEST bedside manner of any dentist I have ever been to. Very gentle, explains what he is doing, ensures that I am comfortable. Thank you so much for the excellent dental care!
The most caring dentist around! Went to him a year ago.. had a lot of issues and we took each issue one at a time. Very professional and compassionate! He's really putting a smile back on my face!
As always, it’s a pleasure to walk into the Northeast Dental Center! Dr. Amayev and his amazing staff are incredible. Super hi-tech and innovative approach to dentistry. Every visit is a great experience. One of the best dental office in the area. Highly recommend!
