Spot Spa Northeast

I am new to Minneapolis and just moved into the NE neighborhood, and walked by Spot Spa and decided to check it out. I am so glad I did! The atmosphere is so calming, and relaxed. When I came in I was greeted by the nicest person, Kyle. He had the most upbeat, and positive attitude and you can tell he loves his job. Very knowledgeable about services, and products too. I will definitely be coming back to Spot Spa for services! So excited this is in my neighborhood!

The massage was really good!! They use heated towels which are amazing. The room is comfortable and the music was soothing and wasn’t too loud. A few things- the confirmation email said to text when I arrived which I did. I waited 15 minutes with no response and decided to call. They hadn’t seen the text and told me I could come in. I think getting a noticeable ringer for texts would be a good idea. Also, maybe getting a sign where there’s a step going down from the massage rooms to the reception area. Unless there was one and I missed it. I tripped on my way out and twisted my ankle which really took away the relaxation from the massage.

These people are dedicated to healing. This was the first massage that I have had that I felt great for a whole week after the fact. They talked to me to understand exactly why I was there and did their best to accommodate a solution based on their expertise.

I booked a shiatsu massage but had never received one before with Paige this evening. Let me just say: this was the BEST massage I have EVER received in my life. I've had plenty of massages. I've already scheduled two future appointments with Paige. I was greeted by Paige upon arrival who is friendly, warm and very professional. I felt entirely comfortable and appreciated her explaining what shiatsu massage was since I had never had it! The new guidelines regarding Co-vid safety made me feel very safe and I appreciated every single step they made me take. I would recommend Paige at Spot Spa to ANYONE looking for a skilled massage therapist. I'm so pleased!

Every time I walk into SpotSpa, it’s like stepping into the most tranquil place of healing in the middle of my bustling little neighborhood. I’ve rotated through numerous unique massage therapists there, each one better than the last. I absolutely ADORE the work they do here, the vibe and courtesy of the staff and the way I feel when I leave. Simply rebalanced and rejuvenated. They also have stellar gifts available in their tiny shop/waiting room! SO MUCH LOVE FOR THIS PLACE. CANNOT RECOMMEND MORE🥰
