Disgusting taking advantage of national lockdowns. They aren't offering full refunds and will keep referring to a cancellation policy that includes a £25 fee. I didn't cancel, the spa was closed due to a national lockdown! As a consumer you would think I have a right to my money but according to spaseekers that's not the case.

Peace of mind guarantee FRAUD I have ordered my voucher through their website as they had a "peace of mind guarantee" for cancellation and amendments (attached). I was very surprised to see that they have changed their wording on their website and removed the "cancellation" part after Boris Johnson's announcement of the second national lockdown. They probably were not aware that it is easy to find out an earlier version of the website online. Moreover, I took a screenshot of that promise("peace of mind guarantee"). I will be seeking legal action in any scenario. Will they refund me money or not. Be AWARE! Please look at the difference in wording between those two.

Don't book through these. Was supposed to stay with them the 14th November but due to lockdown 2, they of course couldn't honour it. Will only transfer my booking to another date. I can't book for the future as I was traveling with an old school friend who is moving away. As a "gesture of goodwill" they've offered me a full refund. So they should you might say. But they plan on charging me £25 admin fee for the privilege. These guys are scammers. They've stolen my money and not delivering the product or service I've paid for.

Dreadful company. I ordered a spa weekend for my mum but it was cancelled by the spa due to covid. The Spa themselves sent me an email to forward onto spaseekers to get my refund, but spaseekers refused. Said all they could do was hold the booking for 12 months. I pushed again for my promised refund but was told I will get charged a £25 admin fee if they did refund me. For what?! Why should I have to part with £25 when I didn't get any form of service from them? Disgraceful customer service so I would not recommend to ANYONE!!

Only company I have personally dealt with that has not dealt with the covid situation well at all in terms of handling/managing customers. Rang multiple times, different days and different times and always suspiciously too busy to take my call. When i eventually got a reply back via email, the replies were 1 lined and unhelpful. Seemed like an automcatic repsonse every time and didnt actually answer my question or help me in anyway. They just send a link to their very vague terms and conditions website which if I thought answered my question I would not have been trying to get hold of an actual repsonsive human. I would go with literally any other company.
