I went in to their shop asking to get my lock fix, 1 of the guy said yes no worries, takes out a new lock and said "this is what you need it will take you 5 mins to replace, undo 1 screw. Save your self the call fees, if you have any issues ring us, I will run you through it." It took me less than 5 mins, cannot be more happy. Just honesty and great service.
