I ordered a bouquet for a birthday gift. Same-day delivery. They delivered so fast and the arrangement was so beautiful!!! They update you with a picture of the arrangement before heading out to deliver. What phenomenal customer service! Thank you for making this gifting so easy!

I ordered bouquet for the first time from the Twigs Florist and was very impressed. Bouquet was delivered on arranged date and social distancing was maintained during the delivery. It was very easy to place an order(Thank you, Kayla!) and bouquet exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

My experience with Twigs was impeccable. While I love to order gorgeous floral arrangements, I always fret when I need to use a new florist. I found myself worrying who to use for a sympathy arrangement when my aunt's husband passed away last week (she's in Bristol and I am in Massachusetts). After much research online, I found Twigs Florist and upon reading about them, I knew this would be a great place to entrust with the job. Their website is extremely informative and I love their vibe and passion. I also love that they have a huge portfolio of arrangements online to provide some inspiration. I placed the order on Monday and immediately got a confirmation email. Another email to notify me that my order was underway, and a third email today to confirm that delivery was successful. My aunt sent me a photo of the flowers and I was so thrilled that they were stunningly beautiful and were just what I ordered. If you order flowers often, you know this isn't always the case. Thank you, Bobby and Mia, for helping me send some stunning joy to a loved one. I hope to be able to visit you and Lola on my next visit so that I may thank you in person.
