Sent the hat box arrangement, to some new parents. They were delighted, and said the flowere were beautiful. The florists were very helpful and efficient, I would definitely use them again

We recently bought a cascade and two bridesmaids bouquets for our wedding on 8th Aug and were overwhelmed by the quality of service provided and also the beautiful flowers. They were ready for collection at 7.30 am on the wedding day and looked absolutely stunning in the wedding photos. They looked fresh for the entire day/evening. We would highly recommend. A big thank you to Rosanna's from Jez & Patricia.

One of the WORST customer service I could ever receive, if I could give them a zero stat I would. The lady on the phone was so rude saying that i should not call them to check my order and tel me that "my order will arrive when will arrive" and hang up the phone on me.
