David is one of the best tradesmen I've ever dealt with. My backdoor wasn't locking, and he identified the issue within minutes. He is clearly an expert in his field, and articulated the issue with the door clearly. His attention to detail, and the thoroughness with which he undertook the work, was excellent. The door was old, and he took the time to renew other parts of the lock which were not functioning properly. I also mentioned that my front door was stiff, and he examined that and identified the issue and resolved it quickly. He was transparent about costs, which were very reasonable, throughout. On a personal level he was very polite, friendly and pleasant to talk to. I'm grateful to Dave for his work and strongly recommend him to anyone who has any issues with their door.

David replaced our front door lock on our new home. He was very helpful in advising which lock to get and if any additional locks would be needed. The installation was quick and painless and we now feel much more secure. I would thoroughly recommend David for any works, he was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough.

Very pleased with this locksmith. Efficient, helpful and friendly. Also gave good advice on the lock and explained things very well. The bonus point is that he is a local business as well. Dave took one look at the problem and knew instantly how to fix it. He explained everything from the cause to rectification. Friendly, courteous and efficient it was ‘job done’ in a couple of hours. Excellent rates - perfect service - would highly recommend him!
