Excellent work on a reconfiguration of our bathroom. Nathan was prompt, professional, creative and very good at getting the project done on time. Nathan impressed me by doing several things that weren’t his responsibility but he thought were necessary to complete the task. This was our first time using Christian Plumbing but I am sure it will not be our last. Job well done.

Nathan came out on time and accessed the problem. He was polite, professional and friendly. Fixed the problem and even went the extra mile to ensure everything worked properly. Christian plumbing sent 2 plumbers to check my Rinnai Water Heater. They charged me $500.00 in labor to clean the water heater. We paid labor costs for 2 plumbers to do a job that required only 1 plumber. There were no parts used and the price was excessive. When the unit continued to act up after their $500.00 service call, I asked the to return because the problem still existed. They returned and charged another $75.00 for a 2 minute 'Tech Call" with the manufacturer. Nothing was done to repair the unit...just another $75.00 charge. THEY WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.
A truly professional company that knows the meaning of customer service. Thanks Jason the owner for being upfront and Nathan the tech who was very thorough. Nathan the tech did a amazing job in a tight space. I am a disabled maintenance man so I can tell a proper job and fair price. I consider Nathan a new friend and his work was spot on! Great family company.
