We started off our anniversary trip in Hanoi at this wonderful hotel. We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. The location is very central and you can walk to the main tourist attractions. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Whenever we booked a cab they made sure it was a safe driver and gave us an estimated price range to expect. We had booked a deluxe double room with breakfast and the room was fair sized with clean amenities and bathroom. My wife and I love to book spas and massages on our trip and from all the massages that we had in Vietnam from roadside to 5 star luxury, the spa and massage at Hanoi Marvelous Hotel & Spa was by far the best, simply amazing!! We had booked a couples massage for 90 minutes and it is something I would highly recommend if you have the time. The staff are very helpful in guiding you to the nearby attractions. The breakfast was really nice and they were kind to accommodate our food allergens. I highly recommend this hotel for the excellent location, staff and accommodation.
Marvellous hotel & spa is the best Hotel I have ever stay, for the location is so great you can go anywhere very convenience for the room is very comfortable, clean and cozy～For the breakfast, you can try different flavor of Pho and lot of delicious local food in their restaurant. Finally the most important part is the service～I really appreciate the handsome and beautiful Tom, Fiona and my, they treat us like family and tell us a lot of useful informants. I will definitely give them five Stars and recommend to you this great place.
Excellent service from their front office team Led by Fiona. They were expecting our group and welcomed us into the hotel. The staff couldnt do enough for us and my husband left his mobile phone behind. Once I emailed them, the found it quickly and sent a quick email back. One of our group left his credit card in the ATM next to hotel and they helped liaise with the bank to get it back.
They went above and beyond. Their sister hotel has a rooftop bar and evening dining room. Location is old Quarter but easy walk to the Lake and French Quarter. Many food places on their doorstep. Lovely breakfast espec the crepes and yoghurt.
You will not be disappointed staying here. Great value for money.
Perfect home base for a trip to Hanoi's bustling old quarter! The hotel is tranquil, comfy and clean. The staff is attentive and helpful. The location is great, so much yummy street food around every corner!
Oh and most importantly, the showers are good!
