The aquarium is still one of my favorite places to visit. I was there the day it opened and I still come every year. It has a wide variety of fish species and tank designs that makes every twist and turn unique. The fish always appear healthy, and I know the animal care team keeps a close watch on them all. More than that, the aquarium is big on education of children and adult, so there is always something new to learn. Whether you're 2 or 92, unless you seriously hate aquariums, you will find something cool and amazing at this aquarium.

There are some really great moments at the aquarium however, being an avid aquarium visitor when we travel this was not our favorite. If you have older kids, you can stretch your time by reading the displays. However for younger children, if you were just moving through the displays you'll finish very quickly. We were there for about an hour when Google recommended spending three to five hours and I don't know how you would do that. We loved the shark exhibit and the flash flood demonstration was really cool. Overall not in a bad way to spend time but not our favorite.

We took a group of about 30 high school students, along with their family members, to the aquarium on a snowy day in March of 2021. We had made reservations a few weeks in advance and the staff was very kind, friendly and polite. They met us at the door, went over the rules and sent us on our way. The aquarium itself is fabulous, spotlessly clean and the animals were obviously well cared for. The information cards on nearly every exhibit, both scientific and historical, was fascinating. I highly recommend this aquarium for students, and families.

We visited early on a weekday. Purchase your timed entry in advance online. I found an aquarium scavenger hunt printable online for my kids. It made the visit even more fun. They have some cool exhibits. I am not entirely sure why there was a tiger exhibit. It seems like an odd addition. The tiger was not visible while we were there, but maybe we will see it next time. Everyone wore a mask, but other patrons did not always observe social distancing. What can you do? It is expensive. 2 adults and 2 children cost $85 for admission, but it is probably an expensive place to operate. My kids loved it and I enjoyed it as well.

Such a neat place to take the kiddos! We brought our two little ones, 2 year old & 9 month old yesterday & they had so much fun! It was truly a great feeling seeing my toddler so happy/amazed, especially since we've all been a little cooped up because of the pandemic. The pricing is a little high but the cleanliness, friendly customer service & cool attractions made the cost worth it for us. :)
