Fantastic dental practice. Platinum took over my Invisalign treatment due to previous practice declaring insolvency, from the first discussions to the finality of my treatment, they have shown the utmost professionalism, clarity, flexibility and care. The excellent communication from their receptionist team Jasmina and Kate is brilliant. You never feel pressured into making a decision you don’t want, plus they are transparent and very friendly so make the whole process so easy. As for the dentists themselves, Dr Christina Isorna Suarez and her dental assistant, were very friendly and helpful with discussions and expertly completed treatment. Hygienist Nadia was as light as a feather and deep cleaned with minimal discomfort. Overall, 5 stars on every level. Wonderful practice to have take care of my treatment and as a patient. Excellent experience.

Oh my god, Dr Patel is the best dentist in the world!! I was PANICKING as one of my molars cracked while eating and was really nervous about loosing my tooth. Dr Patel was extremely sweet explaining everything and responding to all of my questions and did an amazing job at fixing it! He explained my options and gave me great recommendations. I’ve always been skeptical about dentists because I love my teeth and I really care abou my oral hygiene, but I can totally assure you that Dr Patel exceeded my expectations and I didn’t feel a thing while he was working in my mouth. Also the girls at the reception were amazing. They got me a same day emergency appointment which I was very grateful for. Thank you so so so much!! UPDATE: I had my second appointment yesterday for the permanent fix, and I can assure you, Dr Patel is still the best dentist in the world. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. I had gum surgery and a huge filling (he totally saved my tooth!), and he totally Michelangelo-ed my tooth. It's just perfect, the exact same colour (which comes in handy when you are obsessive with your teeth as I am) and perfect shape. It's less than 24 hours and no pain whatsoever (I didn't have pain during the procedure either). Special mention and thanks to the woman helping him who held my hand on both appointments while I was being injected the anaesthetics. She deserves all the good things in life :) You're just the perfect duo, thanks so much!

Thank you... I can't speak highly enough of Catia (reception), for me an invaluable member of the team. As the face of the practice she sets the bar high and ensures that a patient feels immediately at ease. Consistently she proves to be professional, knowledgeable calm and efficient, not to mention considerate, thoughtful and kind. Together with the exemplary patient care and standard of excellence I have always received from Dr Ronnie, this sets Platinum Dental in a class all of it's own. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I just had composite bonding done by Cristina Isorna from Platinum Dental and oh my gosh i literally cried with happiness from the result! I have always suffered with small crooked teeth and have been very conscious of them my whole life. I first went with a company called finest dental for Invisalign who went bust and Platinum Dental picked up and completed my treatment so as a practise they are incredible and my treatment has finally been able to be completed. However i am literally amazed by the incredible job Christina did with my composite bonding. I never thought it was possible for my teeth to look like this. She went above and beyond to create the perfect smile for me. I can't tell you how grateful I am for all the hard work and effort put in. Below is a picture or before and after the composite bonding! I visited Platinum Dental Care as a new patient today and I had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Nate Yang was amazing and put me completely at ease. All the staff here were very friendly and welcoming too. Happy to have found a good dentist in London and will definitely be returning.
