You phoned me to make the appointment. You explained briefly how things would work and advised on what to bring and what not to bring. On the day I was greeted punctually at the door and directed through the process in a friendly and relaxed way. The examination was helpful, and the way forward was explained. I was also pleased with how quickly you could give me an appointment.

The practise is, and always has been a very professional surgery. They are dealing with the present trying situation totally in accordance with government guidelines. Masks, hand gel, social distancing, face visors where necessary, are all used in order to avoid any risk of contamination.
