Amazing dentists, but virtually impossible to get through on the phone to discuss an appointment. Have also never received a call back when leaving a message. I've called multiple times, at different times in the day, on different days over the course of 3-4 days and am still waiting to get through to be able to discuss my appointment.

I'm a little confused why I am paying for PPE? All different charges one of £7.50 one of £5 and one of £20, none of this has been explained to me?

Overpriced and poor customer service. Had to call for 3 days in a row and still didn't manage to get through. Don't feel like using them again

Excellent dental surgery... Highly professional and friendly staff. Highly recommendable.

No probs with the dental care, but to try and get an answer on the phone can be challenging and to get a return of call even more so. How disappointing that the basics of customer service can prove too much effort.
