I had a great experience with my dental cleaning with a wonderful team here ; Dr. Salimpoor, Helen was my dental hygienists (Excellent hand work), Josie front desk admin staff helped me fulfill my dental services, questions & needs. Amazing team! I definitely recommend anyone to come to get your services & I will come back here again at Bur Oak West in the near future. Thank you!

They asked me during my regular cleaning to come to a grafting consultation which I thought was a free consultation since it was for a upcoming procedure that you would need more information on before proceeding with it. they didn't say it was going to cost anything - No estimates were provided and they didn't give me a copy of the claim they sent to my insurance. They ended up charging me $125 for a 10 min session of answering a few questions. What a rip off. It's a consultation for a procedure. $125 which is about what I pay for an hour of cleaning Btw it's $950 per tooth for grafting. I had to pay $125 just to find that out during this so called "consultation" that was the only answer I needed. When they know you have insurance they are going to take advantage of you. as a regular client, I'm done with this place.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Salimpoor for 10 years and have received the best care from her and the staff at Bur Oak Dental West. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Salimpoor takes the time to answer all my questions, works gently and efficiently, and has helped me take better care of my teeth by her assessments and recommendations. I especially appreciate how the office has responded to Covid-19, by taking extra precautions of installing air purifiers in each patient room and asking patients to text upon arrival so they can bring patients inside without crossing paths with others. This shows how much they value the health and safety of their patients and staff. I also really appreciate that they are open on Saturdays. Even though my husband and I live 45 mins away, we continue coming here because the service is exceptional and we know we are in the best hands. I highly recommend coming here!

I've been to several dental clinics and this has to be the best one. Everyone who works there is super friendly and professional. I had to get a lot of things done on my teeth but I had limited dental benefits so they were very accommodating and answered to every question I had during the process. My dentist is , Dr. Dagenais and he is just wonderful. Definitely recommend this place!
