half the people that write the GOOD reviews are staff members either with their own profile or a fake email. you ever owed somebody money and ignored the call? they must owe me money , cause getting in contact with them is worse than getting in contact with a dead relative.

My visit to West Broadway Dental was better than I expected it to go. The nurses were polite & very welcoming. The dentist was understanding, patient, and helpful. Their service deserves a 5+ star rating.

They never answer the phone!!! its so annoying been calling for a week!!!!!!!! Im so mad. They need new management something. They literally sit there and watch the phones ring.

Very impressed with how quick and efficient my first visit was to this office. Happy to see staff was adhering to COVID-19 protocols (wearing masks, asked me to wash my hands as I entered the back). Would only suggest that staff ask other clients to fix their masks to properly go over their noses. Also, visit was so quick, I didn't even catch the name of the dentist. I did thank the assistants and asked for their names. I'm just very particular about customer service and being able to know providers by names.

Great as always. If you show up for your appointment on time you're pretty set.
