Just ordered eighteen Naomi Red Roses at Sweetpea's online shop and will have them delivered to my other half. Valentines Day sorted. 💐 ✅ Great customer service and great value for money!
Very disappointed with customer services and very rude members of staff of Sweetpea florist. I ordered Birthday flowers day before for next day delivery and requested before 12 noon delivery and they charge £6 for delivery. Sweetpea failed to send me order confirmation, contact or inform me online, over the phone or contact me that thay don't have delivery time options before 12 and all deliveries are only before 6 pm!! I could manage, cancel my order and place order elsewhere!!! I called them for an update on occasion day but lady over a phone was so rude! Simply stated she will cancel my order if i am not happy about delivery option! That others charge £15 fir specific time delivery (and it's not a problem if offered) . More then disappointed, disgraceful altitude in such important day for some people. After my complaint and my review they just cancelled my order, stated that they send me an email and all delays described on their website and terms and conditionsI argeed with. On website only information about same day delivery for orders placed before 2pm. So, if you want your flowers not to be delivered them this florists great choice.
So, if you want to be dumped and ruin your day and experience then use them.

Sweetpea Florists arranged all the flowers for my daughters wedding on 12 July 2019 - stunning large displays, a beautiful bouquet, buttonholes and corsages.
It was a superb service from the start, with professionals who have many years of experience. It is a family-run business and the care and attention to detail they have is second to none.
They created a stunning result, bespoke to our needs.
Every encounter from start to finish was terrific - we could not ask for any better.
All our guests complimented the flower arrangements.
We have wonderful memories that we will remember for ever.
