I have never ordered nor researched ordering flower arrangements before. It was a bit of sticker shock for me, but Our Secret Garden's prices seems more reasonable than other florists I looked at in the area. As of 1.14.21 their storefront is closed but you can come by just to pick up. I didn't see a pick up order option online so I did call to place my order. Really easy, just provided the arrangement name, size, and the date and time I wanted to pick up. Payment was made over the phone. Flowers were ready for me per the time we set. And they smelled SO GOOD. I totally understand why people like having flowers in their home now. I went with Arrive in Style $49.95, vase included.

I can't put into words how pleased I am with Our Secret Garden! I called yesterday morning to order a "get well" arrangement for a very special friend, who is recovering from a surgery. I spoke with Alonzo, I gave him my budget and my delivery expectations, he was very professional and understood my needs. I received a text message from him the next morning with a photo of the arrangement he created....it's absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this florist. I'm a client for life! I’m so happy I was able to find this place (me being in Texas!) and they delivered a gorgeous arrangement to my grandma for me! The arrangement was even better than the suggested picture! My only suggestion would be to have notification emails send when the arrangements are our for delivery. I was checking my email all day anxiously waiting lol. But that didn’t stop the experience from being wonderful and easy.

For the price I paid. I shouldn't of received WELTED FLOWERS.... I let them know. And they did Nothing to fix it. I do Not recommend this place.

Got my first of many arrangements from Our Secret Garden today...and it was beautiful! Definitely recommend them!
