Very good service! Easy booking. I contacted their number and was able to book a Locksmith to visit us within 48 hours (non-urgent request). Mark was very friendly and professional. Straight forward assessment of problem and explanation of job to be done. Price was reasonable considering the quality of materials and the job. The job was done in no time! I was very happy with the service! This is a trustworthy team! Thanks again!

I had found a company to sort me out a new key fob for my car. After 3 days of "I will have the right key fob in tomorrow", I looked elsewhere and found C&T locksmiths. I phoned up and they said they could sort me out. When I got there, Mark told me I had not told him it was a cabrio which required a third button to unlock the boot. But this did not phase him. He spent the time to search through loads of different key fobs until he found the right one, He refused to use the old blade saying it would be worn so cut a new blade all included in the quoted price. The key works perfectly, and the service was absolutely first rate. I will use this company for all my lock/key requirements now, purely down to Mark's superb service and customer service. He is a credit to himself and the company. Thank You.

A huge thank you to Mark from C&T. Arrived within 15 minutes of a call, from my sister, who was sat in the car with my 82 year old mother, who had locked herself out of her house. The keys were sat in the lock, on the inside of the door. No fuss, worked quickly, was very well priced and totally understanding. Key was recovered with no damage to door or lock. A "thoroughly understanding, nice bloke" was how my sister described him. Thanks Mark :)

Today, Mark came out to remove a broken key from the ignition in my vehicle. It had snapped off a few weeks ago. He did a quick job and was really friendly and helpful. My battery was dead and he even tried to jump start it for me. Mark is an asset to the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and recommend the company based on my experience. This review is a long time coming and sorry to Mark for taking ages to write it! I struck gold when I chose to use C&T Locksmith to get a spare car key programmed, after I'd lost mine. He was polite, professional, honest and went above and beyond to give excellent service. I highly recommend him and this company. I won't use another company from now on! Thank you so much Mark!
