I saw Joanna for an exfoliating facial. She is clearly an expert, very knowledgable, kind, patient and skilled. She gave me great tips, went over everything so I understood. She also gives a great massage for neck, shoulder, scalp, hands and arms. I plan to return.

My first facial ever and it was great! Went with my mom and her best friend and we honestly enjoyed the whole experience. Martha is amazing with facials, recommended the best facial treatments I needed for my skin type. Magdalena gave my mom a wonderful massage leaving her feeling more relaxed. High recommend this place!

I needed a facial because my skin broke out badly; most likely from sweating with a mask on. So I decided to make an appointment with Lucina and was amazed at the precautions they took to assure your safety. The spa looked really clean and was disinfected. Also I was informed the air conditioning system is individually set for each room which I found to be comforting. The staff was wearing masks and shields the whole time. I felt very safe during my whole visit. My skin feels clean and is glowing! Lucina did a really fantastic job and was very thorough with the extractions for the facial. I got my next appointment with Lucina already booked. I highly recommend Upper West Spa and Lucina.

I love Upper West Spa! The staff is lovely, the spa is calming and spotless. Magdalena's massages are magical, Dolores does an amazing mani-pedi, and Joanna is always ready to advise and help me figure out what my skin may be in need of. I leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Thank you!
