Delivered. But not what I ordered for my grandma for Easter. Looked like something you would buy from the store not a florist! Looked nothing like the picture not even the same flowers or color. really disappointed :(

Amazing in store customer service. The sympathy flowers I ordered looked better than pictured. I will definitely use them again.

Horrible experience!!! Considering the fee for same day delivery you would expect to also see a difference in how fast a simple bouquet goes out on the truck. I called to check the status closer to the end of the business day because I noticed it had still not arrived only to have the call answered by rude customer service. First and last time using them.
