I called Flower Lab about a very last minute order (my fault!) and while it was understandably too late for them to be able to accommodate, they were incredibly kind and made a recommendation for another shop who might be able to help. I thought this was such a gracious (and helpful!) act and felt it spoke volumes about the kind of business that Flower Lab is. Can’t wait to try them out another time!
Flowers delivered within the hour to my daughter's office after I ordered on the phone from out of state. My daughter says they are the most beautiful flowers she has ever received (and also apparently very fragrant). Amazing! I also felt the arrangement was unique and something I hadn't seen before. I would use them again no doubt and highly recommend them!
I ordered the chic vibe bouquet with premium upgrade. The flowers were fresh, luscious, big & beautiful. I will definitely, be using this florist again.
