Service was great and hassle free. Ron came to my apartment within the time he said he would and explained the best option of security lock we needed. He answered all our questions and he was friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend there service.

I lost my motorcycle key (Honda CTX) which I ride all year round in NYC about a month ago. I tried for about 2 weeks to locate a talented, master locksmith to make a duplicate of my remaining key but was rejected/refused by more than half a dozen other locksmiths in NYC ( I called around the City and made in-person requests). AVI was the ONLY locksmith willing to guide and help me. He told me to get 2 blank keys from Honda (check eBay etc..) and then come back. I ordered the keys online, then took both blanks to Avi who cut one (allowed me to check fitment on bike) then cut the other blank - all within 15 mins. Both duplicate keys work flawlessly and now I am less stressed about losing a key and needing an EXPENSIVE replacement key installed by the dealer. NYC MOTORCYCLE / SCOOTER RIDERS/ GO- GO SEE AVI to get a duplicate - he is super friendly, incredibly helpful and does not charge ridiculous fees. SUPPORT LOCAL, honest, businesses like this one. He will be my locksmith for all of my motorcycle and home needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Avi was very helpful! He knew exactly what fittings I needed. He even cut them properly for me! A bit pricey (it's Upper East side), but overall great experience! Thank you!
