These guys were brilliant. Front door lock jams and couldn't close the door. Soon after the phone call James comes and fixes the lock. They took all the necessary covid safe measures and James is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I rang a few places who were more expensive but also would get to me later in the evening. These guys came much quicker and prices are competitive. They guarantee their work which is fantastic. Will use again.
We wanted to replace some temperamental locks and simplify things (by having a number of doors working from the same key). We'd used Paul at our previous house a few years ago and so were happy to call him again. He offered a range of options to suit our budget and the level of security required. James came out to do the work. Quick, friendly and efficient service. Felt like we were in safe hands. Will use them again.
I contacted Sir Fix-a-Lock for a one key system for my house. The price was a little more than I expected but after getting a quote from someone else who was offering the whole system for the price of only one of the locks Paul quoted I realise that in this instance quality is more important than cost. The communication from Paul was top quality, he came and measured the locks and the next day (a Saturday) sent photos of the completed locks and keys. He then came and fitted that day. Unfortunately the front lock had some issues, after a text letting Paul know he came around that day (Sunday) and fixed the issue. I have never had such good service. 100% recommended and I will be contacting him in the future for more services. Thanks very much Sir Fix-a-Lock!
Very impressed with the service provided. I asked them to replace the handles on my garage door locks with hard wearing ones. They performed the brief and provided marine grade handles. Just the job! I would certainly recommend Sir Fix a Lock to family and friends.
Excellent service. Answered call straight away, seen quickly and earlier than original estimated arrival time. Clarified all costs beforehand which were accurate. Came back the next day when I thought the lock was broken again, but it was my error and the lock was fine. There was no additional charge for this and it was very graciously handled. Would highly recommend this company.
