A modern bar lounge like aquarium. It is not a big facility but very stylish and well maintained. The new exhibition of Jelly fish is displayed in the open top tank, easy to observe keepers' work too. A very unique point is that you can see tiny tiny baby jellyfish!! Some are just hatched from eggs. Highly recommended if you have extra time after you visit Tokyo Skytree Tower.

Crazy overcrowding. The aquarium forces you to buy tickets ahead of time online so they clearly can manage proper entry limits if they wanted to - instead it’s a money grab. We won’t even talk about the mockery they make of social distancing suggestions.
TLDR; it’s too crowded to get near the tanks and the offerings are very limited compared.
Nice but quite small, mostly about jellyfishes (maybe because it’s artistically nice to watch) and extremely expensive for what it is, so not recommending due to this. Aside from that from the stand point of animals happiness, it’s striking that all never see the sun and a big portion of the aquariums are just empty (eater only, no sand, nor corals or any kind of natural ecosystem). Sad..
Went with kids and we loved it. Great to spend around 2 hours and relax. The liked the penguins and I preferred the jelly fish.
