The National Aquarium of New Zealand

Great place for tourists to visit. However, I couldn't get past how sad the turtle looked. I know its the best place, as he's protected, but it must be a lonely life. Or am a putting too much emphasis on a sad faced turtle? On the plus side - the staff are awesome 🙂

Well laid out for all mobility types, very interesting and informative. Displays were well kept and clean glass for viewing through. Had a great experience.

An awesome place to have your child's birthday party. My son loves the little penguins so we decided to host his party at the Aquarium. The party-goers had so much fun and the staff were fantastic. I highly recommend.

It's been a long while since I had been to National Aquarium but we had a really good time with the little one. There are plenty of different sea life to see and the walkthrough aquarium is very exciting for the kids. Definitely worth visiting if you haven't been before.
