I had the most horrible experience with this florist. I ordered a planter online. They delivered it today and the basket was empty I believe 2 plants in the front. Over $80 for that mess I am totally embarrassed. I called and the lady tells me I can’t expect to get what I see online excuse but I am paying for what I see online. I will NEVER do business with them again I will call and report them to the BBB send them a picture of the mess they sent out. I am going to make a lot of noise behind this. How can they say I should not expect what I see online.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!! The worst customer service experience I have ever received! I called, from another state-Virginia, to place an order for a funeral. Our company was sending flowers for our colleague's Mom's death. I told Viola (the owner) I wanted to spend $150. She asked me what I wanted and I told her the name of the arrangement I saw on their online sight. "What's the item number?' she says. I said I'm not sure, I'll go look. I can then hear her say to someone, "She doesn't have the item number!" So irritated with me. I did place the order despite her rudeness. She was short with all my responses. She never said sorry for the loss, she never said I would be so happy to help you. I didn't even get a thank you as she hung up!! I was really upset after ending my phone call that I told my boss about my situation with Diederich Florist. He quickly took their phone number from me and instantly called and cancelled the order. When he was asked why, he mentioned the poor customer service. I have had occasions to call florists all over our country. I have never received or had such a rude non caring proprietor! Again, DO NOT consider using this florist for any of your floral needs!
