I burst in the door frantically before closing my long day of work out. It wasn't a holiday it wasn't some romantic note on the calendar. A wonderful lady that helped me pulled together a very nice dozen red rose arrangement as if the bouquet was plucked from heaven itself. Very nice work very good service I'd recommend this shop to anyone make sure you pull around back as the main entrance is a bit elusive from the main road!

Flower arrangement was beautiful, did a wonderful job. Wish we could have gotten into store to see everything they had. Will be back again.

I stopped in the shop on a Saturday to see if I could get some small bouquets for my wedding on 9/26... I choose to check here because of the close location to home. I’m not sure who helped me, but she was very sweet and helpful... I showed her some pictures of ideas that I liked... I wasn’t looking for anything specific, just simple and nice.... I asked if someone else could pick up the order for me, I paid and left them to be creative! I was so very happy with the final product! My flowers were just perfect! I couldn’t have asked for more! Completely satisfied! I wish I knew how to show picts of them!

Ordered the Make a Wish arrangement for a friend. I'm glad the recipient sent me a photo because I'm embarrassed by what was delivered. Poorly arranged, not nearly the number of blooms shown in the sample photo, and different flowers (even keeping in mind that some might not have been available, there's no excuse for using so many cheap carnations to take the place of the other flowers promised). Never again.

I highly recommend Symes & Sons the next time you're purchasing flowers. I'm in Chicago and luckily found them through a Google search to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend in Ohio. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and sweet, making sure I was sending the most beautiful flowers I could. They were a hit! So thank you Symes & Sons for all the help! And to show how much they care about their business, I got a call back from them asking me how she liked them. If you're searching, it should stop here. The best! A++
