Adenta Municipal Assembly

Well, this place didn’t disappoint me though cos I had very low hope for them and they delivered accordingly. As at almost 9am there was no receptionist to talk to and visitors who didn’t know their way around (like myself) were sitting n waiting. Workers just pass by and greet n walk away, they don’t even try to help out as their colleagues haven’t showed up. You finally drop off your urgent letters and it takes the MCE and his ppl a lifetime to even address the issue. Don’t bother waiting for their call tho as it will never come. You have to make a lot of follow ups and drop more letters else your issue will just hang and later get discarded! Lots of room for improvement!!

The Service of their officers is very bad. When they come to the office they are demanding TnT from companies. They attack the companies with bad language like the government doesn't pay them. One of them is called Madam Vivian she always attack companies for Transport money, she is keeping people health permit refusing to call them to come for it demanding for TnT first.

The most unorganized office you've heard off, no clue what they do, you have to know someone there to lead you on and yet they collect rates with no services.

Good
