We had the 2 bdrm room. It was fabulous! Very clean, comfy beds, and towels galore.(which were very plush). The days you just want to stay at the resort? So many things for the kids , swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and activities all day. Also a market for those days you don't want take out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!!

Big spacious suite with a screened in porch, full kitchen and washer/dryer basically have your own condo for the stay. Always near something. We stayed in the East Village which we could walk to multiple pools, a small fitness center and a golf course. The property has on site restaurants and plenty to do for all ages. It is a city of attractions and we didn't leave the resort. Perfect for our young family. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom suite in River Island. Grounds and pools were immaculate. Staff was amazing at each village. Pleasantly surprised with everything. 2 suggestions, the West Village putt putting requires a signed waiver which is extremely odd until you see the trip hazards on every hole. Needs to be marked better especially with young kids playing. The other suggestion would be to have company vehicles switch from their reverse beeping to flashing lights or other options. Beeping is very annoying all hours of the night and early morning especially if you are staying near a loading zone.

We are Prestige level members and there were no rooms available at our level when we made our reservation. Therefore, we were placed in a lower level room. We completely understand and are happy to have whatever rooms are available. Unfortunately, we were told that we would not be receiving any of the other benefits associated with our level because we are in a lower level room. Apparently the benefits we have paid for are connected to a room. How utterly ridiculous!! When we called to discuss being able to utilize the benefits we pay for every year, we were told we would be required to attend a 1 hour "update" meeting and only get 1/2 of the benefits and pay a reduced rate for the remainder. The catch.......we had to have all spouses present.......who are not even on the account......with 7 kids left alone in the rooms. Giving serious thought to moving my membership elsewhere if this company can't do better than ripping us off.

From the moment of arrival at 9:25 PM, our room was not ready and took over an hour to find another only to be given one with a broken refrigerator. Tried calling but NO answer. Upon arrival we to guest services again, now 11:30PM we were offered a bag of ice. We have been owners for 10 years at this resort and 15 overall with Holiday Inn and considered VIP. The resort has been going downhill with their facilities. Each stay we find more broken or in disrepair in the rooms. The customer service is beyond awful and if zero was an option that's what they would receive. Never an apology, just excuses. We did get the opportunity to talk to Gabriel who was the only shining light in a difficult situation, he was the manager on duty that endless night. We are now in the process of finding out how we can dissolve our endless contract and sell out of the timeshare altogether. Willing to take a loss just to get out.
