UPS Abidjan

As a Quality control and involved with UPS in the US this 3rd party business lacks professionalism customer service skills and lack of training. Rude especially those ladies employees and unprofessional. #UPS should review whom they partner with or provide adequate training because they are losing lots of prestige, respect and business because of this amateur company based in Abidjan Côte d’Ivoire !

The should improve the customer service by answering calls

I kept calling dozen of times but nobody cares. All numbers are ringing but nobody picks up

Beautiful office , and fast service

They keep on asking high prices. I don't know if it is legit or not. I'm from Philippines and they won't deliver my package one's full payment has been made.
