So far they have taken my money and processed my sale. They promised a ship date of eleven days ago but there is no tracking record of anything but recieved payment. So I cancelled the order and now even though the tracking does not show shipped they claim they are shipped . Still no shoes. I will update the status of there services as they unfold. So far I advise not shopping here. Poor communication and worse delivery promises not met. Ok shoes did arrive , and tracking was provided from the day I tried to cancel the order and then they claimed they were already shipped , they do look nice, they are true to size, they look ok for quality, nothing wrong with product. The only problem was we had an event they were ordered for, that delivery was to be 10 days before the event. They were delivered 14 days after the event. So if you are ordering from them for a specific occasion, order far in advance.
