My wife and 16 yo son spent a week here on a medical/humanitarian mission. The trip was a very safe, loving experience. We got to know the staff and children at the home. We were welcomed with open arms and hearts. The hospital was close by and likewise welcomed by all. I highly recommend serving here. Accommodations are comfortable and Ghanaian meals provided are delicious but remember this is not a hotel. And we are doing the serving... The Hofmans have paired up with local leaders to create a beautiful organization with the sole purpose to rescue at risk and abused children and reunite them with their family—helping the families also to help provide a more stable home. It was so satisfying to assist them in their goals.

I spent two weeks as a volunteer at GMAD. Wonderful place that does a great service to children at risk and strives to reunite them with their family.
