My Bath Fitter was installed in 2006 and this is the first time I needed to have a repair done. The technician Daniel arrived exactly on time. He assessed what needed to be done and explained it thoroughly to me. He was competent, professional, and very pleasant. He took his time and great care in completing the work around my tub. My bath tub looks brand new! I am very satisfied with the work that was done and also with the lifetime guarantee. Thank you Daniel and Bath fitter!
Bathfitter converted a 1950s bathtub to a barrier-free shower for my aunt who needed accommodations to prevent falls in her bathroom. The dimensions required an imaginative plan, since they were non-standard. The work was done over the course of 3 days, and they did a superb job. One minor matter is the failure to replace a towel bar that had to be removed for installation of the shower..

Put a new tub over existing tub. Some issues arised during the process of installation but all were resolved. The workers involved to make this possible were all competent. I'm a satisfied customer
Workers were professional and knowledgeable. They kept us aware of the work being done and made sure we were happy with the work throughout the whole process. They were friendly and very pleasant to work with. Work was finished ahead of schedule and the end result was exactly what we had hoped for.
