We do not live in state. We were trying to purchase an arrangement for a funeral service but there was some confusion about the dates and times of the service itself. Susie went out of her way to help us out. Being a professional she realized in times like these that emotions are all over the place, this was certainly the case with my wife. Susie stepped up, told us not to worry, she called the funeral home personally and procured all the proper info. And did it all with a genuine and caring disposition.
