I recently ordered a lantern from our church for a church member who had just passed away. I spoke with Tommy and asked if their lanterns came with a candle inside as I have ordered lanterns before from other florists and he said yes. I attended the funeral this past Saturday and saw the lantern. I was very nice but there was no candle inside. I called ray's back and spoke with Tommy and told him there was no candle. He told me the lanterns do not come with candles as they would not fit inside. I told him he told me they DO come with a candle and the lantern was big enough to hold a candle inside. Then he told me the candle would have been $12.00 extra - which was not expressed at the time of ordering - but if it wasn't big enough for a candle then how could it be $12.00 extra. There was no resolution to this as he kept denying it never came with a candle nor did I ask for a candle so I just hung up. I don't like to be lied to...I know where NOT to order from again in the future.
