I called Mayfield Floral to order wind chimes. Everything they offered online was in stock and the customer service was excellent! Timely delivery with reasonable delivery charge. I bought the wind chimes with the stand and the bow they added was unexpected and very pretty. The recipient love the sympathy gift and I would not hesitate to use Mayfield floral in the future. Thank you!

I found your florist by happy accident on google and stopped to pick up flowers for my best friend & her family who recently lost their father. Because I'm fortunate enough to not go to too many funerals, your front desk staff helped me pick the traditional white flowers to go in my arrangement. I felt the price for my potted plant + fresh flowers was EXTREMELY reasonable. When I realized I could help the family by securing flowers for the funeral, I called 5 florists around town to price shop. Mayfield Floral was reasonably priced, but Shannon was BY FAR the most kind and helpful. Shannon demonstrated empathy and patience (once again, i don't do this often-- I'm sure many of my questions were silly). When I went into the shop to pay for the flowers, Shannon was gracious & loving as I completed my order. When I forgot a small piece of the order, Mayfield Floral was able to add it in

I live in Canada and unfortunately due to COVID this year I was not able to come to Cleveland to visit some very important people/ customers of mine. They mean a lot to me and thankfully I found this lovely florist. I checked the website. It all seemed perfect. I called to confirm they were in fact a local florist and not one of those international 3rd party websites that pretends to be local. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I ordered exactly what I needed which was a beautiful Christmas floral arrangement with a hand painted ornament and a box of chocolates. The whole arrangement was in a pretty sleigh! Delivered on time, friendly delivery person and the presentation was gorgeous. Exactly what I wanted to show my appreciation. The flowers I was told smelled amazing and were bright and fresh! Thank you Mayfield Floral for exceeding my expectations! I can’t wait to order from you again.

Mayfield Floral provides excellent customer service, possesses an incredible work ethic, and houses a wide variety of flowers. I had a situation with another florist wherein they (figuratively and literally) did not deliver, and Mayfield Floral stepped in, created a beautiful arrangement, and (figuratively and literally) saved the day. They have earned a loyal customer.

I was greated at the door by the aroma of the fresh flowers. Their smells could not be missed even through my mask. The atmosphere is full of love and warmth. Good vibes, great people, beautiful flowers. 10 Stars
