Do not use this bank!!! They are scammers!!! I used their atm and I did not get the money but I got a receipt stating that I had withdrawn the money. This was at Spintex branch. I went into the bank immediately and they said the charge should reverse back into my account. It never did and I’m still fighting it. Use their services at your own risk.

Ive been a customer of GT since 2012 and although my first few years were unmarred, their customer care services have become outrageously disgraceful these past couple of years. My visa card expired in February and I have never been able to get a replacement since, despite several requests; they tend to nudge you towards getting a Mastercard until this week when they rolled out contactless cards. There is no response to messages or calls via all their contact channels unless you are physically present in their banking hall and done even get me started on the unreliability of *737#. GT Bank, your customer service is a joke at best.

Your internet banking is a total mess! half the time it does not work while doing a transfer, but the money will be removed from your account. I had to call the bank no one picks the call. Finally managed to get someone over the phone after 5-6 attempts, and it takes 24 Hrs to get my own money back. Are you people serious? Please upgrade your system or I close my account and never suggest anyone. To save money, you guys use some cheap software and spoil the whole name of the Bank.
