Lanchester aquatics

During a trip to the excellent garden centre i attempted to enter to tropical fish department but was stopped and asked whether i intended buying anything which i took as an insult to be honest and instantly walked away,How I see it is if the garden centres open so should the fish part and if you knew anything about fish keepers you would already know tbat they struggle to leave any store without making a purchase

Very helpful. Aquariums were well kept and fish seemed healthy. I bought bolivian rams, nerite snails and amazon sword. 2 weeks on and all have settled well and are very good specimens. They will also order secific fish for you. I will be back.

It has every thing you need for gardens and home accessories. The cafe is lovely and staff very helpful. There is plenty of parking .

Disappointing selection of cold water fish. Waited 10 minutes to be served, but no one acknowledged us. When we saw there were also 3 people waiting at the till we left.

Not an exceptional shop, but worth a visit if you're in the garden centre. The selection of livestock is quite basic, but the range of plants and gear is very good. There is a massive tank with adult tankbusters.
