Public Dental Service (NHW)

First time I've been to the dentist in about 40 yrs, my one and only experience left me absolutely terrified of visiting the dentist. I just want to say that the visit I had today was wonderful. The staff were excellent and very caring, I had 2 teeth pulled and didn't feel a thing. Thank you so very much to all staff, it's the best dentist experience I've ever had. Won't be scared to go for my next appointment.

Went to the Clinic to get some (2 at least) repairs to decaying teeth. The Clinic response: "4 year waiting list!" Sorry, that is not 'SERVICE'. Also, out-of-pocket over $2500, because the Clinic do not do work on molars.......

Absolutely disgusted in the dentist Sheridan who works at the clinic, my 6yr old granddaughter went in for a check up, got a bit anxious whilst they were cleaning out a tooth and was told" I can't do this by myself if you don't help me I will have to put you to sleep". WTF , who speaks to a child like that especially if they are already anxious Formal complaint coming right there.

They staff are very caring and explain what there going to do inside your mouth.
