I am very nervous & anxious when visiting the Dentist, Amanda the Dentist I see has been very effective in making me feel at ease. Service very patient focused, caring & listens! Attended the dental practice on the 23rd March 2021 I saw both the Dentist Amanda and Jenny the Hygienist both were excellent at putting me at ease (because I am really anxious at the dentist). Both consultations were very professional & helpful. Thank you.

Dr Lane has been superb and really helpful throughout the whole process. Makes you feel really at ease and his advice is really tailored to your needs. I have just completed a course of treatment at the Queensway Dental Clinic. This included two root canal fillings which I was a little anxious about as I had never had one before. Dr Amanda Edge explained that root canal fillings were the same experience for the patient as a filling they just take longer. This was true. Dr Amanda Edge checked I was comfortable throughout the procedure and I was. At the end of my treatment I am grateful and delighted with the results. Wonderful experience with Dr. Dorman and his two nurses. Very professional treatment with taking time to explain the procedure all the way. The reception was very great. Competence, commitment and compassion exhibited by the staff I encountered today. Queensway dental is actually a place to register and I intend to register as a private patient at the clinic.
